Скрытая туберкулезная инфекция подтверждена выделением из деконтаминированных и профильтрованных через стерилизующий фильтр гомогенатов лимфатических узлов и селезенки некислотоустойчивых МБТ (с дефектной клеточной стенкой – cell wall deficient – CWD). В популяциях CWD МБТ из лимфосаркоматозных тканей присутствовал ряд характерных разновидностей клеток, которые ранее были обнаружены в изолятах из крови туберкулинпозитивной козы этого же стада, из лимфатического узла BLV-серопозитивной коровы и непосредственно из FLK-BLV.</p><p>В изолятах лимфосаркоматозных тканей, наряду с антигенами МБТ, обнаружены антигены, реагировавшие с антителами к BLV и имевшие такую же молекулярную массу, как и антигены BLV, что свидетельствовало о существовании связи вирусоподобных форм МБТ с онкогенезом.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>DNA and antigens of mycobacteria tuberculosis (MBT) were detected in the cells of the tissues of a goat that fell with signs of lymphosarcoma (sharp hyperplasia of the lymph nodes and spleen, a positive AGID with an antigen or the diagnosis of leukemia - FLK - BLV- bovine leukemia virus). Latent tuberculosis infection was confirmed by the isolation of non-acid – fast MBT (cell wall-cell wall deficient – CWD) from decontaminated and filtered through a sterilizing filter of lymph node and spleen homogenates. In the populations of CWD MBT from lymphosarcomatous tissues a number of characteristic cell varieties were present which were previously found in isolates from the blood of a tuberculin-positive goat of the same herd, from the lymph node of a BLV-seropositive cow and directly from FLK-BLV.</p><p>In the isolates of lymphosarcomatous tissues along with MBT antigens, antigens that reacted with antibodies to BLV and had the same molecular weight as BLV antigens were found, which indicated the existence of a connection between virus-like forms of MBT and oncogenesis.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>измененные формы микобактерий</kwd><kwd>латентный туберкулез</kwd><kwd>дефектная клеточная стенка</kwd><kwd>онкогенез</kwd><kwd>лимфосаркоматоз</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>altered mycobacterial forms</kwd><kwd>latent tuberculosis</kwd><kwd>deficient cell wall</kwd><kwd>oncogenesis</kwd><kwd>lymphosarcomatosis</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">US Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Services, Veterinary Services, Center for Epidemiology and Animal Health.
