В этой статье мы представляем собственные данные вместе с критической оценкой научной литературы для обоснованности и обсуждения применимости и потенциальных ограничений анализа МТТ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The MTT assay for cellular metabolic activity is widely used in vitro. This paper presents our own data and critical assessment of the literature data is carried out.
