Установлена этиологическая значимость Mannheimia haemolytica наряду с другими патогенами, вызывающими респираторную патологию у крупного рогатого скота (КРС). Возбудитель Mannheimia haemolytica был обнаружен в 11 из 38 исследованных хозяйств (29 %). Процент выделяемости возбудителя в положительных по манхеймиозу хозяйствах составил 37 %. В большинстве случаев M. haemolytica выделялась в ассоциации с другими вирусными и бактериальными инфекциями.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the results of studies using a PCR test system developed to detect the genome of Mannheimia haemolytica. The etiological significance of Mannheimia haemolytica, along with other pathogens that cause respiratory pathology in cattle, has been established. The pathogen Mannheimia haemolytica was detected in 11 of 38 farms studied (29 %). The percentage of pathogen isolation in manheimia-positive farms was 37 %.
