Были оптимизированы параметры амплификации, а также концентрации компонентов реакционной смеси. Кроме того, были определены коэффициенты вариации в пределах одного и нескольких независимых экспериментов, аналитическая, диагностическая чувствительность и специфичность метода. Проведенная процедура валидации не только доказала надежность данной методики ПЦР, но и позволила повысить ее точность, воспроизводимость и чувствительность.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This paper represents qPCR validation results for the detection of Bacillus anthracis capC pXO2 plasmid marker. Amplification parameters as well as concentration of master mix components were optimized. Besides, we defined coefficients of variability within single and several independent experiments; analytical, diagnostical sensitivity and specificity. This validation procedure we conducted has proved robustness of this qPCR method, as well as allowed to improve its accuracy, repeatability and sensitivity.</p></trans-abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title></ref-list><fn-group><fn fn-type="conflict"><p>The authors declare that there are no conflicts of interest present.</p></fn></fn-group></back></article>
