Установлено, что их применение позволило уменьшить производство молока, несоответствующего установленным требованиям СТБ, повысить объемы и качество реализуемого молока, уменьшить количество случаев снижения качества молока при приемке на молокоперерабатывающем предприятии</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Studies have been carried out to determine the mechanism and results of managing critical control points in the production of milk under the conditions of a dairy-commodity complex. It has been established that their use has made it possible to reduce the production of inappropriate milk, to increase the volume and quality of milk sold, to reduce the number of cases of a decrease in the quality of milk when accepted at a milk-processing enterprise.</p></trans-abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title></ref-list><fn-group><fn fn-type="conflict"><p>The authors declare that there are no conflicts of interest present.</p></fn></fn-group></back></article>
