The effect of the nutrient medium composition on the growth of bacteria bordetella bronchiseptica during stationary cultivation
Abstract
As a result of the studies, it was found that the accumulation of Bordetella bronchiseptica is maximum in GRM broth and Hottinger broth with the addition of 1% glutamine and 10% cattle serum.
