Influence of acquiering in v itro resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae to sephepim on pathogenic properties and bacteriaʼs elimination by immunity factores
Abstract
Acquiering in vitro resistance of K. pneumoniae to sephepim change granulocyte dependent clearance of bacteria and enhance sensibility to bactericid activity of guinea pig, s blood serum. It was shawn that sephepim change surface structure of K. pneumoniae promote enhance of specific immune response in guinea pig. Acquiering in vitro resistance of K. pneumoniae to sephepim is unstable.
