Integrated immunity multi-drug based on double-stranded RNA (DSRNA) and bacteria lipopolysaccharides for the treatment of pneumoenteritis calves
Abstract
The use of the complex immunostimulating drug «Nucleosan» in calves with pneumoenteritis can reduce the duration of treatment by 4,3 days, reduce the number of calves rediseased by 22,8 %, and also increase the effectiveness of vaccinations. It was found that the component of the polyvinylpyrrolidone preparation together with dsRNA has a pronounced prolonged effect - it prolongs the production of interferon up to 72 hours.
