Features of the genome of reproductive and respiratory syndrome of pigs in the territory of the Republic of Belarus

Abstract

The article presents the results of a partial sequence isolated in the Republic of Belarus of isolates of the virus of reproductive and respiratory syndrome. Sequence analysis indicates significant polymorphism of isolates in the most conservative reading frames (OPC6-7). Isolated isolates belong to the European type, subtype 3.
