Abstract
As a result of the monitoring it was determined that the greatest problem while forming the balanced diet for pigs is the issue with raw fiber and raw protein. 25 % of weaning piglets and 35% of piglets at growing didn’t meet the norms on raw fiber and 20, 25 % - on raw protein. The zinc and copper microelements concentration in diets for pigs of different sex and age groups came out to be the most variable. The zinc variability index was 17,1-30,3 %, and copper - 14,8-22,7 %. Periodicity of monitoring of raw fiber and raw protein content in diets should be higher for piglets of early age; and microelement content (calcium and phosphorus) - for single, pregnant and lactating sows.

Abstract
The direct method of lavascape microfilariae of dirofilaria emulsionnoj blood warm water has been improved. In this method of blood examination on microfilaraemia does not require special equipment and reagents, and the time of the study one sample is reduced to 3-4 times. Therefore, this method can be attributed to the Express method. At the same time one can determine the intensity of infestation by microdistilleries. Veterinary drug «Polyparacid» recommended for treatment and prevention. In connection with absence of microfilariae in the blood of dogs after 3 months after treatment, we can assume that polymerized has not only microfilaricidal action, but has a detrimental effect on the imaginal form of dirofilaria.

Abstract
Article presents results of bacteriological study of intestine samples collected from cattle which have clinical and subclinical form of Johne’s disease. Mycobacterium avium subspecies paratuberculosis (MAP) cultures were isolated from collected biomaterial samples. It was established that clinical signs and anatomopathological lesions were characteristic for Johne’s disease. Positive bacterioscopic examination of smears from internal organs shows high contagious activity of MAP cultures in vivo and in vitro. MAP isolates have ability to high speed replication of bacterial cells and intensive growth on nutrient media. In case of latent MAP infection bacterial cells have low level of microbiological activity and slow adaptation ability to growth on selective nutrient media. Cell wall deficient forms cause low microbiological activity of MAP to replication and adaptation to the nutrient medium in the latent form of paratuberculosis disease. It is necessary to conduct multiple reinoculations of MAR cultures on selective nutrient media for reversion and recovery of their activity.

Abstract
The article presents data on the biochemical properties of museum strains of Pasteurella multocida serovariants A, B, D, and distinguishes distinctive features of the fermentation of individual substances. The serovarite affiliation of Pasteurella multocida was confirmed in the polymerase chain reaction using the RUE «Institute of experimental veterinary medicine nam. of S.N. Vyshelessky» test system for detection and determination of serovariant affiliation of Pasteurella multocida (A, B, D) in the polymerase chain reaction «Multiplex PCR Pasteurella multocida (A, B, D)».

Abstract
Mycobacterium bovis № 8 inactivated by disinfectants after an incubation in a growth stimulant and seed on the VKG nutrition medium restored viability as cell wall deficient mycobacteria CWD), capable after inoculation per os to persistence in an organism of mice. CWD M. bovis which restored viability from 5 cases, in 2 were resistant to «the» composition and in 3 - to «others». At repeated contacts they quickly formed resistance and to other disinfectants. It is believed that the process of restoring the viability and reproduction of CWD forms of mycobacteria can be slowed by the rotation of disinfectants. The antigenic structure at the CWD forms which restored viability did not differ from CWD isolates from the T lymphocytes of the person sick with T-lymphoblastoid leukemia (Jurkat) and from the fetal lamb kidney cells infected with the Bovine Leukemic Virus (FLK-BLV). It is assumed that CWD MBT getting to an organism from external environment can be risk factor of cancerogenesis.

Abstract
Acquiering in vitro resistance of K. pneumoniae to sephepim change granulocyte dependent clearance of bacteria and enhance sensibility to bactericid activity of guinea pig, s blood serum. It was shawn that sephepim change surface structure of K. pneumoniae promote enhance of specific immune response in guinea pig. Acquiering in vitro resistance of K. pneumoniae to sephepim is unstable.

Abstract
The use of the complex immunostimulating drug «Nucleosan» in calves with pneumoenteritis can reduce the duration of treatment by 4,3 days, reduce the number of calves rediseased by 22,8 %, and also increase the effectiveness of vaccinations. It was found that the component of the polyvinylpyrrolidone preparation together with dsRNA has a pronounced prolonged effect - it prolongs the production of interferon up to 72 hours.

Abstract
The article presents the results of the development and testing of the complex immunostimulating drug «Nucleosan». The main components of the preparation are: sodium nucleinate, lipopolysaccharides. To prolong the drug used polyvinylpyrrolidone. The optimal dose of the manufactured drug «Nucleosan» for young cattle is 2,0 cm3. It was also found that the drug «Nucleosan» when used together with the vaccine stimulates immunogenesis in animals.

Abstract
The article presents research on development of new complex veterinary drug «Virococcidum», which does not have an irritating, sensitizing, teratogenic and embryotoxic effect and is a non-toxic substance. The efficiency drug «Virococcidum» is determined: with nematodes of gastrointestinal tract sheep - 82,85-100,0 %, eimeriosis - 100,0 %, strongyloidosis - 100,0 %, trichocephalosis - 92,31-100,0 %.

Abstract
Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites of micromycetes, with pronounced toxic properties. They are lowmolecular, non-immunogenic compounds with high thermal stability. According to the FAO data, more than 25 % of the grain harvest is constantly contaminated with mycotoxins in the world. The total number of mycotoxins has not been established, but today, the high toxicity of 47 compounds has been confirmed, 15 of which are carcinogenic, mutagenic, embryotoxic and immunosuppressive. Thus, the International Agency for Cancer Research (IARC), on the basis of scientific research, aflatoxin B1 has been assigned to group 1 - human carcinogens; ochratoxin A, aflatoxin M1, fumonisins - in the group of potential human carcinogens (2B). Accumulating in feed, mycotoxins enter the body of farm animals and poultry, and then, with raw materials of animal origin, are included in the human food chain.

Abstract
Studies have been carried out to determine the mechanism and results of managing critical control points in the production of milk under the conditions of a dairy-commodity complex. It has been established that their use has made it possible to reduce the production of inappropriate milk, to increase the volume and quality of milk sold, to reduce the number of cases of a decrease in the quality of milk when accepted at a milk-processing enterprise.
